Booking Terms and Conditions:

- Tour manager contact details will be available to you one week prior to thedeparture date.
- All bookings must be made in writing.
- A non-refundable deposit of Euro 250 per person is required at the time ofbooking.
- We will require a copy of the passport for each tour participant.
- The final balance must be paid minimum 50 days prior to the departure date.
- Bookings made less than 50 days prior to arrival will require to be paid in full.
- Procuring the requisite travel visa is the sole responsibility of the tourparticipant. / booking agent.
- Covid-19 Terms & Conditions could vary from India to country of traveland details can be checked with the airline before you travel.
- Valid contact number of the passenger is a must at the time of reservation toensure smooth transfers.
- For the comfort of all passengers, we request passengers to travel light(recommended luggage: One carry on and One International size suitcase.
- All the hotels/restaurants/attractions confirmed for this tour comply to COVID guidelines as mandated by CDC. Passengers will have to follow the ruleswhen in premises of respective places.
- Check-in time at hotel is 4 pm while the check-out is 11 am.
- Porterage/Baggage Handling is not a part of the tour. If the guests require thisservice, they can contact the bell desk at respective hotel and pay on own.
- Our Tour manager will meet the group in the hotel lobby at 7 pm at East 6 pmat west.
- We have couple of locations where restaurants are walking distance from thehotel.
- EUROPEAN KONNECT PVT LTD is not equipped to provide any assistant for any specialneed and wheel chair passenger on this tour.
- Seating Arrangement in the bus will be first come first serve. The coach sizewill vary based on the number of passengers. This can be 15-seater/25-seater/30-seater/55-seater. For van tours below 15 passengers, we will haveDriver will act as a Tour leader.
- EUROPEAN KONNECT PVT LTD is not responsible for lost Valuables/Travel documents.
- We request the passengers to take care of their personal belongings.
- We strongly encourage all the passengers to buy optional tours though toursare limited. We are not responsible for any bookings made on own. If optionaltour is not purchased through us. EUROPEAN KONNECT PVT LTD will not provide anyassistance towards that service.
- Hotel may ask for Credit card at the time of check in towards incidentals. Thehotel usually puts a hold on the CC and this hold will be released if noexpenses are incurred. It usually takes anywhere from 2-3 weeks for thecharge to disappear on the Credit statement. Make sure to get a Zerostatement balance from the hotel. If paying cash to the front desk, pleasemake sure to collect the same before checking out.
- EUROPEAN KONNECT PVT LTD is not liable for any damages caused by customers tohotel, coaches or anywhere while on tour.
- We recommend that the passengers keep political and religious discussionsto none during the travel. - - This is a vacation package that is open to everyone.
- The Weather can vary depending on the month of travel. Please make sure to have weather appropriateclothing. Walking shoes are recommended.
- Tour leader has the right to change the itinerary based on Weather and trafficconditions for safety reasons. Please follow protocol while on tour. In case ofany breakdown beyond our control, European KonnectPvt Ltd will try it's best to fixthe problem. However, no monetary compensation will be provided.EUROPEAN KONNECT PVT LTD does not hold any responsibility for any injuries oraccidents that might happen while on tour. Passengers are requested to carryInsurance with them to safeguard themselves in case of any eventuality. OurTour managers will do all they can to aid the passengers in their time of need.
- In no event EUROPEAN KONNECT PVT LTD liable to you for any Indirect, Special,Incidental, or Consequential damages.
- The third person sharing the room is provided with an additional mattress or aroll away bed. Owing to EU hotel occupancy regulations, a maximum of 3 persons areallowed in a room.
- A surcharge may be applicable on certain departures.
- Due to operational reasons, the routing of this tour may be amended.
- However, all mentioned services will remain unchanged.
- When Eiffel Tower is closed you will receive a full or part refund (of attractionticket cost) if access is restricted. We may replace this with a visit to the Montparnasse Tower
- A full set of our terms & conditions are available on request.
- In any event, if the group size is not filled on any specific dates that departure date will be shifted to next available dates or guest may have the option to get the full refund of the paid amount.
