Booking Terms and Conditions:

- Tour manager contact details will be available to you one week prior to thedeparture date.
- All bookings must be made in writing.
- A non-refundable deposit of Euro 250 per person is required at the time ofbooking.
- We will require a copy of the passport for each tour participant.
- The final balance must be paid minimum 50 days prior to the departure date.
- Bookings made less than 50 days prior to arrival will require to be paid in full.
- Procuring the requisite travel visa is the sole responsibility of the tourparticipant. / booking agent.
- Covid-19 Terms & Conditions could vary from India to country of traveland details can be checked with the airline before you travel.
- Valid contact number of the passenger is a must at the time of reservation toensure smooth transfers.
- For the comfort of all passengers, we request passengers to travel light(recommended luggage: One carry on and One International size suitcase.
- All the hotels/restaurants/attractions confirmed for this tour comply to COVID guidelines as mandated by CDC. Passengers will have to follow the ruleswhen in premises of respective places.
- Check-in time at hotel is 4 pm while the check-out is 11 am.
- Porterage/Baggage Handling is not a part of the tour. If the guests require thisservice, they can contact the bell desk at respective hotel and pay on own.
- Our Tour manager will meet the group in the hotel lobby at 7 pm at East 6 pmat west.
- We have couple of locations where restaurants are walking distance from thehotel.
- EUROPEAN KONNECT PVT LTD is not equipped to provide any assistant for any specialneed and wheel chair passenger on this tour.
- Seating Arrangement in the bus will be first come first serve. The coach sizewill vary based on the number of passengers. This can be 15-seater/25-seater/30-seater/55-seater. For van tours below 15 passengers, we will haveDriver will act as a Tour leader.
- EUROPEAN KONNECT PVT LTD is not responsible for lost Valuables/Travel documents.
- We request the passengers to take care of their personal belongings.
- We strongly encourage all the passengers to buy optional tours though toursare limited. We are not responsible for any bookings made on own. If optionaltour is not purchased through us. EUROPEAN KONNECT PVT LTD will not provide anyassistance towards that service.
- Hotel may ask for Credit card at the time of check in towards incidentals. Thehotel usually puts a hold on the CC and this hold will be released if noexpenses are incurred. It usually takes anywhere from 2-3 weeks for thecharge to disappear on the Credit statement. Make sure to get a Zerostatement balance from the hotel. If paying cash to the front desk, pleasemake sure to collect the same before checking out.
- EUROPEAN KONNECT PVT LTD is not liable for any damages caused by customers tohotel, coaches or anywhere while on tour.
- We recommend that the passengers keep political and religious discussionsto none during the travel. - - This is a vacation package that is open to everyone.
- The Weather can vary depending on the month of travel. Please make sure to have weather appropriateclothing. Walking shoes are recommended.
- Tour leader has the right to change the itinerary based on Weather and trafficconditions for safety reasons. Please follow protocol while on tour. In case ofany breakdown beyond our control, European KonnectPvt Ltd will try it's best to fixthe problem. However, no monetary compensation will be provided.EUROPEAN KONNECT PVT LTD does not hold any responsibility for any injuries oraccidents that might happen while on tour. Passengers are requested to carryInsurance with them to safeguard themselves in case of any eventuality. OurTour managers will do all they can to aid the passengers in their time of need.
- In no event EUROPEAN KONNECT PVT LTD liable to you for any Indirect, Special,Incidental, or Consequential damages.
- The third person sharing the room is provided with an additional mattress or aroll away bed. Owing to EU hotel occupancy regulations, a maximum of 3 persons areallowed in a room.
- A surcharge may be applicable on certain departures.
- Due to operational reasons, the routing of this tour may be amended.
- However, all mentioned services will remain unchanged.
- When Eiffel Tower is closed you will receive a full or part refund (of attractionticket cost) if access is restricted. We may replace this with a visit to the Montparnasse Tower
- A full set of our terms & conditions are available on request.
- In any event, if the group size is not filled on any specific dates that departure date will be shifted to next available dates or guest may have the option to get the full refund of the paid amount.

• Anything this is not mentioned as Included or Mentioned as Excluded or on your Own or Optional Mandatory Driver Tips of € 2 Per Person Per Day
• Professional Guide Service tips (at your Discretion) & Tour Leader Tips (€ 1 per person per day, if applicable)



Meals:

• Indian Meals will be as per standard menu only. Indian Standard Menu: Salads, 1-Veg, 1-NonVeg (can be replaced with 1 additional Veg dish), Naan, Dal, Rice, Pickle, Curd, 1 Dessert. Adding Starters cost extra
• Buffet is not guaranteed unless specifically mentioned and if less than 20pax Thali System can be adopted for the Indian Meals
• Non-Indian Meals will be in limited quantity 2-course or 3-course, unless specifically mentioned as buffet.
• When Indian meal is not mentioned specifically, then it can either be Indian or Non-Indian meal (whichever possible in budget considered)
• Supplement cost will be applicable if specifically Non-Indian or Indian meal is required or if Dinner in Hotel is required (unless mentioned in offer)



Hotels:

• We are not holding any Hotels, unless specified.
• If Travel dates fall on any Fair or Event or block-out dates in any city then there will be a supplement cost for the same.
• Most hotels in Europe are not air-conditioned, supplement cost will be applicable, if air-conditioning is deemed necessary that causes change of hotel.
• Most of the Hotels provide Continental Breakfast, supplement cost might be applicable, to include Hot items in the Breakfast or change in Hotel.
• All base category rooms are considered in the offer (unless specifically mentioned). The room/Bed sizes and facilities inside the rooms & in the Hotels can be checked on the respective Hotel website.



Coach/Bus:

• LDC driver duty hours not to exceed 12hrs of duty with the group (the duty hours will be reduced to 11hrs, if coach parking location or driver stay is at someplace other than the group stay hotel). Driver duty hours start when the Bus Engine starts and ends after Parking at Night.
• There are max speed limitations, mandatory break requirement in every 4.5 hours of wheel time and minimum 11 consecutive hours of rest requirement for the Driver as per the EU regulations.
• Incase Local Coach/Mini-van is used instead of a LDC then default duty time is 10hrs only
• If any extra duty hours of driver is anticipated, due to traffic delay or restaurant/attraction waiting delay or passenger delay or any other reason, not in our control, then either attraction visit time or city tour time needs to be cut short or missed totally, and/or packed dinner will have to be requested, and/or driver extra duty hours will have to be settled directly with the Driver.
• Coach/mini-van can not enter ZTL or restricted areas or any walking street and separate taxi/vehicle needs to be arranged at own cost for some specific centrally located hotels.
• Coach/Mini-Van Drivers are ordered to follow the Itinerary only, with no deviations.
• Coach/Mini-Van will not remain at disposal as per clients request.
• Transport cost may hike due to Increasing cost of Petroleum Globally.



Notes:

• Offer is valid for only 1 week from the date of quotation. After that, please re-check the rates with us again.
• Also, rates are subject to change as per availability of coach and rooms at the time of final confirmation.
• There might be few services, which would require direct cash payment on-tour by the Tour Leader or Lead passenger, the same will be notified in advance and reduction of the same will be provided in Final Invoice.
• In case of CHF, SEK, NOK, DKK, GBP or any other Local currency fluctuations of more than 3.00% or amendments in local Government taxes, we reserve the right to advise you of a supplement cost.
