Itinerary
Day 1 : Delhi – Mussoorie
Our representative will pick you up from Delhi Airport/ Railway station after which we will start the 8-hour drive to Mussoorie. On arriving in Mussoorie we will check-in the hotel and relax. The evening will be free for leisure activities. We will end our day with the dinner in the hotel and an overnight stay.
Day 2 : Mussoorie Sightseeing
After having a delicious breakfast we would go for local sightseeing. With the breathtaking views of the Himalayan Mountains from the highest point of Mussoorie, Lal Tibba to a pleasing boat ride in the Mussoorie lake, the day will be filled with excitement and joy. You will get some rest at the Bhatta Falls later in the afternoon. In the evening you will go for a cable car ride to the Gun Hill and at the end of the day a stroll in the Mall Road will just wind up your tour for the day. To your surprise, there will be a Honeymoon Special Cake arranged in the room during the evening. We will stay overnight in the same hotel.
Day 3 : Mussoorie – Chamba
Wake-up to the mesmerizing view of the Himalayan Mountains. After you check out from the hotel, you will be driven to Chamba via Dhanaulti. On reaching Dhanaulti you would visit the Surkanda Devi Temple. After which, we will proceed on our journey. By the evening you will check-in the hotel where you would be free for leisure activities. We will have an overnight stay at the Hotel itself. Surkanda Devi Temple is built at the spot where the head of Sati fell when Lord Shiva was carrying her corpse.
Day 4 : Chamba Sightseeing
After the breakfast, you will head out for an excursion tour which would include visiting the Tehri Dam. After a healthy excursion tour with local sightseeing, you would return to the hotel in the evening for a night stay. Tehri Dam: This Dam of Uttarakhand is the highest Dam in India, 2nd highest in Asia and 8th highest in the World. Tehri stands on the Bhagirathi River which is just 20 km from Chamba.
Day 5 : Chamba – Rishikesh
After having the breakfast in Chamba, you will be driven to Rishikesh; your 3rd and final destination of the tour. You can rest for some time in the hotel after the check-in. The evening will comprise of the sightseeing tour, visiting Ram and Laxman Jhula. There will be an overnight stay at the hotel here.
Day 6 : Rishikesh Sightseeing
After having your breakfast, you shall go to the Neelkanth Mahadev temple. After enjoying the day, you will come back to the hotel in the evening. After this, the rest of the day will be left for leisure activities. You would have a cozy night stay in the hotel.
Day 7 : Rishikesh – Delhi
After the breakfast in the morning we will head back to Delhi and from Delhi, you will be transferred to the Airport/ Railway station for your onward journey.
